Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Welcome to Wellmere.
These Terms of Service govern your use of wellmere.co.uk and any purchases made from us through the website.
Throughout these Terms, “Wellmere”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [INSERT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as Wellmere.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
Wellmere is a UK wellness brand offering food supplements, wellness products and related goods.
Our details are:
Trading name: Wellmere
Legal business name: Wellmere LTD
Website: wellmere.co.uk
Email: Naturefulluk@gmail.com
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or customer accounts;
- introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- use automated systems to scrape or extract substantial amounts of website content without our permission;
- impersonate another person;
- submit false or misleading information; or
- use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Wellmere or another person.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website or systems.
3. Who Can Place an Order
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract to purchase from us.
If you are under 18, orders should be placed by or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is complete and accurate.
4. Our Products
Wellmere sells consumable wellness products, food supplements and related products.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, packaging, labelling or product presentation may occasionally change.
Natural ingredients may also reasonably vary in appearance, colour, texture, size, aroma or other natural characteristics between batches. Such natural variation does not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
5. Food Supplements and Wellness Information
Wellmere products should be used in accordance with the directions, warnings and recommended usage shown on the relevant product page and product packaging.
Food supplements are not intended to replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Information provided on our website, social media, emails, packaging or other Wellmere materials is provided for general product and wellness information. It is not intended to constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You are responsible for considering whether a product is suitable for you.
You should seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement where appropriate, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, are undergoing medical treatment or have concerns regarding an ingredient.
Do not use a product if you know or suspect that you are allergic or intolerant to an ingredient it contains.
Always read the product label and ingredient information before use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility Wellmere has under applicable product safety, food, consumer protection or other law.
6. Placing an Order
Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to purchase and not an acceptance of your order.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order.
After you place an order, we will normally send an order acknowledgement or confirmation email.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, an acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Our acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract between you and Wellmere normally takes place when we dispatch your order and send you confirmation that it has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance for reasonable reasons, including:
- a product being unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or listing error;
- inability to authorise or verify payment;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud;
- reasonable suspicion that an order is being placed for unauthorised resale;
- delivery restrictions; or
- circumstances in which we are legally unable to fulfil the order.
If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.
7. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.
We may withdraw, discontinue or change products at any time, but this will not affect contracts we have already accepted except where necessary for reasons outside our reasonable control or as permitted by law.
If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you and provide any refund legally due.
8. Prices
Prices displayed on our website for UK consumers include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order we have already accepted.
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
We will not knowingly rely on an obvious pricing mistake to create an unfair result.
9. Payment
You must provide a valid payment method when placing an order.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We may carry out reasonable fraud, payment and security checks before accepting or fulfilling an order.
If payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed, we may decline or cancel the order where legally permitted.
10. Promotions, Discount Codes and Offers
From time to time, Wellmere may offer promotional prices, discount codes, bundles, gifts, subscription discounts or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be combined with another offer;
- discount codes have no cash value;
- promotions apply only during the stated promotional period;
- eligibility requirements must be satisfied;
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed purchases; and
- promotions are subject to availability.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed.
We will not retrospectively remove a valid promotion from an order we have already accepted unless there has been fraud, misuse or an obvious error and doing so is permitted by law.
Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer form part of these Terms.
11. Bundles and Free Gifts
Where products are sold together as a discounted bundle, the bundle price may be lower than the combined individual selling prices of its contents.
Refunds relating to bundle purchases will be calculated in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Where a complimentary gift is provided only because an order satisfies specified promotional conditions, the gift may need to be returned if the qualifying purchase is lawfully cancelled, where this was made clear as part of the promotion and is permitted by law.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
12. Delivery
We deliver to the locations and using the services shown on our website and at checkout.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed before you place your order.
Any free-delivery threshold or delivery promotion applies subject to the terms displayed at the time you order.
Unless a particular delivery date has expressly been agreed, delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe and within any period required by law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you become aware of an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be amended after an order enters fulfilment or has been dispatched.
13. Risk and Ownership
Where we arrange delivery to you as a consumer, responsibility for the goods normally remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered, subject to applicable law.
14. Failed, Refused and Uncollected Deliveries
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to receive or collect your order.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because you supplied incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failed to collect it or refused delivery, the parcel may be returned to us.
Where the failed delivery was not caused by Wellmere or the carrier, we may require payment of reasonable re-delivery costs before sending the parcel again.
Refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not necessarily constitute valid notice that you wish to cancel your contract.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us clearly.
Any refund, return cost or re-delivery charge will be dealt with in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
15. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods or receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, available through wellmere.co.uk.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
Unless an exception applies, consumers purchasing eligible goods online generally have a statutory cancellation period.
Certain sealed goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Additional restrictions may also apply to other categories of goods where permitted by law.
These restrictions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy restricts your statutory rights.
16. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
Products we supply must comply with applicable UK consumer law.
This includes applicable requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with description.
If goods are faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to conform to your statutory rights, you may be entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These statutory rights operate separately from any voluntary return rights we may offer.
Please contact us at [INSERT CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] if you believe there is a problem with your order.
17. Personal Preference and Wellness Results
Wellmere does not guarantee that every customer will personally enjoy the taste, texture, smell, consistency or other subjective characteristics of a product.
We also do not guarantee a particular subjective wellness experience or individual outcome unless we have expressly made a legally enforceable promise to that effect.
Individual experiences may vary.
Personal preference or failure to experience a hoped-for subjective result does not, by itself, mean that a product is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is unsafe, defective, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
18. Subscriptions
Where Wellmere offers subscription purchases, the price, billing frequency, renewal arrangements, subscription discount and relevant cancellation information will be displayed before you subscribe.
By choosing a subscription product, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription at the frequency disclosed when you subscribe until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with its terms.
You may cancel future subscription renewals using the cancellation method made available with your subscription.
Cancellation will take effect for future renewal orders that have not already been processed.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an individual order that has already been processed or dispatched.
Any rights relating to an individual subscription order that has already been processed or delivered will be dealt with separately under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Any discount provided because you maintain an active subscription may cease when the subscription ends.
We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee or an unfair barrier to ending your subscription.
If the price or material terms of a subscription are changed, we will provide any notice required by law and, where appropriate, give you a reasonable opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory rights relating to subscription contracts.
19. Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account on our website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity reasonably attributable to your account.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns or a material breach of these Terms.
We will not use account suspension to prevent a customer from exercising statutory rights relating to an existing purchase.
20. Fraud, Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to investigate reasonably suspected fraud or abuse.
This may include:
- fraudulent payment activity;
- false non-delivery claims;
- return substitution;
- empty-product refund claims;
- deliberate product damage;
- manipulated evidence;
- misuse of promotional offers; or
- repeated conduct reasonably suggesting dishonest activity.
We may consider information reasonably available to us, including payment, fulfilment, account and delivery records.
Where appropriate, we may refuse an order, refuse a non-entitled refund, restrict promotional privileges or suspend an account.
Nothing in this section allows us to deny a genuine statutory consumer right.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Wellmere.
This includes, where applicable:
- the Wellmere name and branding;
- logos;
- product names;
- packaging designs;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- written content;
- website design; and
- other creative material.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish or commercially exploit our protected content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
22. Reviews, Comments and Other Content
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment or other content to Wellmere, the content must be genuine, lawful and not misleading.
You must not knowingly submit:
- fake reviews;
- defamatory material;
- unlawful content;
- content that infringes another person's rights;
- malicious code; or
- content that falsely represents your experience.
Where you voluntarily provide content for publication, you grant Wellmere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable data protection and consumer law.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary for legal, safety or authenticity reasons.
We will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are unfavourable.
23. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
This does not affect any responsibility Wellmere has where a third-party service forms part of our obligations to you.
24. Website Availability
We aim to keep wellmere.co.uk available and operating correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for temporary website unavailability where we have exercised reasonable care and the interruption does not breach a legal obligation owed to you.
25. Our Liability to Consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- liability for defective products where it cannot lawfully be excluded;
- your statutory consumer rights; or
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Our website and products are supplied primarily for personal and domestic use. If you use products for commercial, business or resale purposes without an agreement with us, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity to the extent permitted by law.
26. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law permits.
If such an event materially affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights, including any right to cancel because of excessive delay, remain unaffected.
27. Privacy and Personal Data
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on wellmere.co.uk.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
Payment information may also be processed by Shopify and other payment-service providers in accordance with their applicable privacy terms.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or applicable law.
The updated Terms will be published on wellmere.co.uk with a revised “last updated” date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the contractual terms governing an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
The Terms applicable to a purchase are normally those in force when you place that order.
29. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
30. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right.
Similarly, nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your statutory rights.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and contracts made through wellmere.co.uk are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
If you live in England or Wales, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland or, where permitted, England and Wales.
If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or, where permitted, England and Wales.
Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory legal protections available to you as a consumer.
