Refund policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Wellmere at wellmere.co.uk.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Change of Mind
If you purchase goods from us online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
Unless an exception applies, you must notify us that you wish to cancel within 9 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us, you must return the eligible goods to us within a further 9 days.
Wellmere does not offer an extended 30-day, 60-day or 90-day change-of-mind return period.
Sealed and Consumable Products
Many Wellmere products are consumable wellness products.
Where a product has been supplied with a seal for health-protection or hygiene reasons and is not suitable for return once that seal has been broken, your change-of-mind cancellation right may no longer apply once the product has been unsealed after delivery.
Where this legal exception applies, we cannot accept an opened or unsealed product for a change-of-mind return.
Opening the external shipping box alone does not necessarily mean that the product itself has been unsealed.
Where the sealed-product exception does not apply, we may still make a lawful deduction from your refund if the value of the product has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Opening, consuming, preparing, mixing or otherwise using a consumable product may substantially reduce its value.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Personal Preference
Personal preference does not, by itself, mean that a product is faulty.
Subject to your statutory rights, we do not provide refunds simply because:
- you do not like the taste, smell, colour, texture or consistency of a product;
- you expected a different subjective wellness experience or result;
- you have changed your mind;
- you no longer wish to use the product; or
- you have used or prepared the product incorrectly.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, contaminated, damaged or not as described.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:
Email: Naturefulluk@gmail.com
Please include:
- your full name;
- your order number;
- the product you wish to return; and
- the reason for contacting us.
Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Wellmere.
We do not provide free return labels for change-of-mind returns unless we expressly agree otherwise or the law requires us to do so.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, Wellmere will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods may be inspected before a refund is issued.
We may inspect:
- the product and packaging;
- tamper-evident seals;
- whether any of the product has been consumed or removed;
- batch or lot information;
- signs of contamination or damage; and
- whether the product returned is the same product originally supplied.
Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
We do not charge an arbitrary restocking fee.
Refunds
If you validly cancel an eligible order, we will refund the amount legally due.
Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered for your order.
If you chose express, premium or upgraded delivery, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost above our standard delivery rate.
Where permitted by law, we may wait until we have either:
- received the returned goods; or
- received evidence that you have sent them back,
before issuing your refund.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund after we have processed it.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, contaminated, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs of:
- the product;
- the packaging;
- any visible damage;
- the shipping packaging; and
- batch or lot details.
This helps us investigate your claim quickly.
Your rights in relation to faulty goods are separate from our change-of-mind return policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Missing Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived when expected, please contact us.
We may investigate the delivery with the courier and review information including tracking records, delivery photographs, GPS information and delivery instructions.
We may also ask you to confirm in writing that you have not received the parcel.
Any investigation will not affect your statutory rights.
Incorrect Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that we can change an address once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may require payment of reasonable re-delivery costs.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically mean that your order has been cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused or not collected, we may:
- arrange re-delivery;
- request payment of reasonable re-delivery costs; or
- process the order in accordance with any applicable cancellation rights.
Promotional Offers, Bundles and Free Gifts
Discounts, bundles and promotional offers are subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.
If you cancel an entire bundle, all items included in that bundle should normally be returned.
If you return only part of an order purchased using a promotional offer, your refund may be adjusted where permitted by law to reflect the terms of that promotion.
Where a free gift was provided because your order met a promotional condition, we may require the gift to be returned if the qualifying purchase is cancelled.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
Subscription Orders
Cancelling a subscription and cancelling an individual order are separate matters.
Cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewal orders from being created after the cancellation takes effect.
It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, any return or cancellation rights relating to that order will be handled under this policy.
We do not provide a voluntary refund for products already received simply because you later decide to cancel your subscription.
Nothing in this section restricts any rights you have under UK law.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If we can stop the order before dispatch, we will cancel it and refund the amount due.
If your order has already entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, you may need to receive and return the goods in accordance with this policy.
Return Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive refund, return and non-delivery claims.
This may include cases involving:
- empty or substantially used products;
- substituted products;
- tampered packaging;
- manipulated or misleading photographs;
- deliberately damaged products;
- false non-delivery claims; or
- repeated patterns of suspected fraudulent claims.
We may compare information provided to us with our order, payment, fulfilment, warehouse and courier records.
Where the evidence reasonably shows that a refund is not due, we may refuse the claim.
Nothing in this section allows us to refuse a genuine statutory right.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, your statutory rights will take priority.
